A parish-based community of spiritual and ministry formation serving the Anglican Church
All payments should be made by check or money order made payable to the Anglican School of Ministry. Payments may also be made via PayPal through the "Donate" button on this website. (Of course, such payments are not reckoned as tax-deductible gifts.)
Tuition payments are due by the beginning of the semester and are considered past due if paid after the dates indicated below:
Students will be charged a late payment fee of $5.00 for each month or portion of a month the payment is past due.
Students who are unable to pay the tuition in full by the due date must contact the school’s administrative office to arrange an alternative payment schedule.
Students' grades, transcripts, and letters of recommendation will not be issued until their account is paid in full.
Students who enroll in a course after the registration deadline must pay a late fee for each course.
Internships are credited at 6 semester hours. Students in their internships will be charged the regular tuition rate of 2 semester hours per semester for three semesters. Scholarship funds may be used to reduce the tuition cost of the internship.
Students must obtain their own textbooks. A good source for used textbooks is www.abebooks.com for hardcopy books. Students are also strongly encouraged to consider the cost savings and convenience of electronic books such as Kindle (from Amazon.com) or Google Books.
Students are responsible for travel, room, and board expenses for any course requiring travel.
Students who withdraw from a course(s) prior to the start of the term will receive a complete reimbursement of all of their tuition payment. Students who withdraw one to seven days after the beginning of the term will receive a 60% reimbursement. Students withdrawing eight to fourteen days after the beginning of the term will receive a 30% reimbursement. Students who withdraw after fourteen days from the start of the term will receive no reimbursement.
