The Rev Herb Hand has been a Spirit-filled disciple of Jesus since he was 16 in Columbia, SC and immediately felt a call to ordained ministry. After attending Bible School and then doing sheet metal work at Carter Miot Engineering for five years, he attended the University of South Carolina, from which he received a degree in Finance and Management Information Systems. He received his Master in Divinity from Virginia Theological Seminary and a Doctor in Ministry from Trinity School for Ministry in 2011. He currently serves as Senior Pastor of Faith Anglican Church in Cordova, Tennessee. He is a member of the AMiA national stewardship team. Herb has been married to his wife Mary since 1983. They have two adult children: Will and Liz. Liz’s husband David is an AWANA missionary in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Rick Blank was born and grew up in Tampa, Fl one of four children, educated in Catholic schools, attended church as all good Catholics do, and even was an altar boy for a few years. He graduated from Hampden Sydney College in Virginia in 1978 with a BA in Political Science and Spanish and continued his education at Wake Forest where he received an MBA. In 1981 he married Pam. They moved to Little Rock in 1983 to work for Stephens Inc., an investment banking firm. Rick was a member of ASM’s Board of Directors since the school started and has served faithfully as its Treasurer since its beginning. He and Pam have 3 “more or less grown” children, Callie, Chandler and Richard.

Mr. Carter is the Founding Principal of William Lane LLC of Little Rock, a consulting firm providing Virtual Leadership and strategic services for organizations in transition. Over the course of his thirty year professional career he has served as the Executive Vice President, CEO, or Chief Financial officer for numerous mid- to large-size corporations, especially in the medical and technology fields. He is currently the Business Administrator, Surgical Services at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Mr. Carter is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and has been active in a wide spectrum of Evangelical churches.
Mr. Garrety is an attorney in Jackson, Tennessee where he is active at All Saints’ Anglican Church. He earned his BBA, MBA, and JD at the University of Memphis. He serves on the ACNA Provincial Council, the Governance Task Force (Constitution and Canons) for the ACNA, and is Chancellor of the International Diocese. In 2008 he was a lay delegate to the GAFCON conference in Jerusalem.

The Rev Matt Kessler was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He holds a BA from the University of Texas, an MDiv from Virginia Seminary, and has studied at Wycliffe Hall in Oxford. Matt was ordained to the presbyterate on January 10, 1997. He served in three different churches before joining the Anglican Mission in January 2001, and was the founding pastor of MESA Church in Austin, Texas. Matt is the pastor of Grace Anglican Fellowship in San Antonio, Texas, a new church plant; he also serves on the leadership team of the Little Rock Network (AMiA). Matt is passionate about preaching and teaching toward revival, encouraging marriages to flourish according to God’s design and blessing, and raising up leaders to make disciples and extend the Kingdom of God. Matt and Amanda were married in May of 2000 and have three children: Benjamin, Susanna, and Jonathan Barrett.

Bishop David Loomis, affectionately known as Doc, was consecrated a missionary bishop in the Province of Rwanda in September 2009. Prior to becoming an Anglican clergyman, Doc was trained and licensed in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) where he served as a pastor from 1981 – 1997. Doc is involved with planting new churches, raising up leaders, and opening new territory for the Kingdom in the US and Canada, and he also teaches church planting at Gordon Conwell Seminary in Massachusetts. Over 30 new churches and missions have been planted under Doc's leadership during the last four years, and four regional Networks have been launched from one Northeast Ohio Congregation. Doc holds master’s and doctoral degrees in ministry. He is married to Ellen and the couple reside in Medina, Ohio.

Dr. Pope received undergraduate and graduate degrees in Education. He holds the Ed.D. degree from the Univ. of Ms (1973). Widely experienced in the field, he served as an educator and educational administrator for forty-five years. He also developed and operated a small business for nearly twenty years. He is President of the Mobile Association of Professional Educators and a member of Christ Anglican Church, Mobile, AL.

Bishop Seamans is an Assisting Bishop in the Reformed Episcopal Church, and is a member of the Anglican Church in North America's College of Bishops. He serves as Rector of St. Thomas' Anglican Church in Mountain Home, AR. He is a licensed pilot, Emergency Medical Technician, and former Police Officer. Bishop Seamans holds the Master of Ministry degree from Trinity Theological Seminary.

Dr. Stroud is an OB/GYN serving in the Missouri Delta area and a Preceptor for the University of Missouri School of Medicine's AHEC Rural Track. He is also an ordained Presbyter in the Anglican Mission in the Americas. He is a life-long Anglican with wide experience as a Lay-Leader, and now serves as Acting Priest at Orthodox Anglican Church in Sikeston, MO. Dr. Stroud is a graduate of Clemson University, the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, and the Episcopal School of Ministry, Diocese of Missouri in Saint Louis.
David Young was born and raised in Arkansas. He graduated with a degree in Business and Economics from Hendrix College in 1975 and a law degree from the University of Arkansas in 1978. David has practiced law, served as a law clerk to a United States District Judge and, since 1985, has served as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Arkansas. He was one of the founders of Anglican School of Ministry and has served as the Chairman of ASM’s Board of Directors since its inception in 2007. He was one of the lay leaders who started St. Andrew’s Church in Little Rock and also serves as the Network Leader for the Little Rock Network of the Anglican Mission. He and his wife, Marilyn, have four children, two daughters-in law and 4 grandchildren.
