MICHAEL FORREST; Instructor of Ministry StudiesMike Forrest has served several ministry capacities including non-profit executive director and lead pastor. He has served as a fellow in the Center of Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary and teaching assistant to the Chairman of Pastoral Ministries department at DTS. He is a graduate of University of Central Arkansas (BBA, Marketing) and Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM, Leadership). He currently is a project manager with Acxiom Corporation. Mr Forrest is married to Marian, a senior sales director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. They have two children.
THE VEN DR BENNETT NWORIE; Adjunct Professor of Ministry StudiesDr Nworie is a Presbyter and Archdeacon in the Anglican Mission in the Americas, previously having served in the Southern Baptist and Free Methodist Churches. He is an Associate Professor in the School of Education at Azusa Pacific University, California, where he is also the Faith Integration Coordinator. He has been in education for about thirty years with teaching experience at the college and K-12 levels. He is a Consultant, a Conference speaker, and a Licensed Professional Counselor. He holds a BSc in Religious Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), an MA in Pastoral Theology, an MDiv from Criswell College, a MS in Counseling from the University of North Texas, and a PhD in Special Education from Texas Women’s University. The Ven Nworie is currently planting an AMiA church in Inland Empire, California. Dr Nworie and his wife of 33 years, Olive (a nurse practioner), have three grown children and two granddaughters.
THE REV NOLAND PIPES; Assistant Professor of Ministry StudiesThe Rev Noland Pipes has been an Anglican priest for over forty years, serving five congregations and a boarding prep school before retiring from St. John’s Episcopal Church, Memphis, TN., in order to begin a church planting ministry in the Anglican Mission. He has participated in the formation of four new congregations. His passion for youth ministry, high quality liturgical practice and evangelism as led to his becoming a frequent teacher, coach, consultant and a faculty member of the Anglican School of Ministry. Prior to ordination, he served on active duty in the U. S. Air Force. He holds a BA from the Virginia Military Institute, and an MDiv with advanced doctoral studies from the University of the South. He and wife, Mary, have been blessed with two adult daughters and six grandchildren.
Dr. Quay is a presbyter in the Anglican Mission, previously serving in the Evangelical Presbyterian and the Reformed Episcopal Churches. He is a retired Air Force major (prior-enlisted), having served 23 years. He holds a Diploma in Arabic from the Defense Language Institute, a Diploma in Religious Studies from the University of Cambridge, an MDiv from Covenant Theological Seminary, and a DMinEd from American Christian College & Seminary. He is a candidate for the DMin with Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark is a former pastor, church planter, headmaster, and Visiting Professor of Christian Education at Euroseminar in Germany. While living in England he was a Foundation Governor for the Diocese of Ely. He teaches and consults at Kigali Anglican Theological College. He and his wife Jani have three adult children, one daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
THE REV DR DONALD SHEPSON; Adjunct Associate Professor of Ministry StudiesThe Rev Don Shepson is a presbyter in the Anglican Mission in America. He is a currently teaching full-time at Montreat College near Asheville, NC, and is planting a church East Asheville (Fellowship of Christ the Redeemer). He is a graduate of Wheaton College (BA Sociology, 1990), Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary (MDiv, 2001) and received the PhD in Educational Ministries at Talbot School of Theology. Don grew up in a Christian home with a lineage of a faithful Christian family. He heard God’s call to ministry while leading a wilderness program with junior high boys. He has been in ministry since then (almost 20 years) in various forms: camp director, program director, youth pastor, college pastor, resident director, assistant pastor, professor and church planter. He is married to Sara, and they have 3 girls (ages 9, 7, and 17 months) and a boy (age 4).
