Bishop Philip Jones is a bishop in the Anglican Mission. He was raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from the University of the South with a B.A. in English. He received his law degree from Baylor Law School in 1979 and practiced law for seven years in Waco, Texas. He and his wife Claudia were married in 1977 and have seven children. In 1986, Bishop Jones left his law practice and entered the process of becoming a priest in the Episcopal Church, graduating with an MDiv from Virginia Theological Seminary in 1989. He served as the senior pastor of Trinity Episcopal Church in Marshall, Texas, from 1991 through 1998, and then served as the dean of the Pro-Cathedral of St. Clement in El Paso, Texas, from 1998 until 2005. From 2005 to 2010, Bishop Jones was the senior pastor of St. Andrew’s Church, Little Rock, Arkansas. He is currently planting a church in the Dallas area.
Dr Mark Quay is a presbyter in the Anglican Mission, previously serving in the Evangelical Presbyterian and the Reformed Episcopal Churches. He is a retired Air Force major (prior-enlisted), having served 23 years. He holds a Diploma in Arabic from the Defense Language Institute, a Diploma in Religious Studies from the University of Cambridge, an MDiv from Covenant Theological Seminary, and a DMinEd from American Christian College & Seminary. He is a candidate for the DMin with Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark is a former pastor, church planter, headmaster, and Visiting Professor of Christian Education at Euroseminar in Germany. While living in England he was a Foundation Governor for the Diocese of Ely. He teaches and consults at Kigali Anglican Theological College. He and his wife Jani have three adult children, one daughter-in-law, and one grandson.

The Rev Dr Henry Baldwin is a presbyter with the Anglican Mission and a former missionary with the Evangelical Free Church of America. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served a total of 28 years, retiring as a Navy captain. He holds an MAR in Biblical Studies from Westminster Theological Seminary and a PhD in New Testament from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He and his wife Shirley began their ministry by serving nearly a decade with The Navigators of Colorado Springs. Later he was Lecturer in New Testament and Academic Dean at Singapore Bible College. While there he ministered as a layman in the Anglican Province of Southeast Asia. Before coming to ASM, Henry served as Vice President and Professor of NT at Tyndale Theological Seminary in the Netherlands where he was involved in planting an evangelical Church of England mission. He and Shirley have two grown children who are secondary and university teachers.
